What Was Done
• Single House
The main residence features a bright, open-concept layout with white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, and natural hardwood floors. Clean lines and warm textures create a welcoming atmosphere, while a functional island and pendant lighting add sophistication and comfort.
• ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit)
Designed for compact living without compromise, the ADU includes custom light-wood cabinetry, a soft neutral backsplash, and integrated modern appliances. Its layout emphasizes efficiency and flow, perfect for extended family or private rental use.
• DADU (Detached ADU)
The detached unit mirrors the project’s modern identity with balanced finishes and careful detailing. The bathroom showcases elegant marble-look tile, glass shower enclosures, and matte black accents. The kitchen and bath reflect both simplicity and luxury in every line and surface.
• Finishes & Materials
Throughout all three spaces, consistent use of premium quartz, porcelain tile, and engineered wood connects the design. Lighting was selected to enhance brightness and comfort, while matte black and chrome finishes add contrast and refinement.
