Hexagonal mosaic flooring transitions into large-veined marble walls for a clean, sculptural effect. Custom shower seating and built-in niches complete the luxurious yet functional space.

• Guest Bathrooms – Bold Contrast & Texture

Two guest baths feature deep-blue handcrafted tile, marble counters, and matte black vanities for a rich visual impact. Warm lighting and frameless mirrors enhance texture while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.

• Kids’ Bathroom – Playful Geometry

A colorful hexagonal tile wall behind the bathtub adds a unique 3D texture and personality. The mix of earthy blues and neutral beige tones gives this space energy and warmth without losing elegance.

• Hardwood Flooring – Continuous Warmth

New white oak hardwood runs throughout the hallways and bedrooms, connecting all spaces with natural warmth and timeless character. Every plank was leveled and finished for a seamless flow from room to room.

Tile, Stone & Flooring Installation. Precision tilework using marble, porcelain, and custom mosaics defined each space. The hardwood flooring was installed to flow seamlessly through all levels.

Fixtures & Detailing. Matte black fixtures, marble countertops, and custom vanities were added for a cohesive finish. Accent lighting highlights each surface and color tone.
