What Was Done
The primary bathroom in Woodinville underwent a full-scale remodel with complete removal of existing finishes and fixtures, followed by the installation of premium materials and custom features.
- Demolition & Preparation
All existing cabinetry, countertops, sinks, lighting, mirrors, shower enclosure, toilet, flooring, and bathroom fans were removed. The space was reframed to create a private water closet with a pocket door system. New drywall, texture, and paint were applied throughout.
- Framing & Electrical Upgrades
Structural adjustments included new wall framing for the water closet and pocket door. Electrical work consisted of relocated junction boxes, new recessed shower lights, updated switches, dimmers, and modern ventilation fans to improve lighting and airflow.
- Custom Shower & Tile Work
A zero-clearance walk-in shower with full waterproofing was built, featuring a linear drain system and luxury porcelain tile (24×48) with mosaic accents. Premium Gessi fixtures were installed, including ceiling-mounted and wall-mounted shower heads, a rain shower, and an adjustable hand shower.
- Freestanding Tub & Plumbing Fixtures
A Kallista Argile freestanding bath was added with a Gessi floor-mounted tub filler in matte black. Plumbing upgrades included Kohler and Toto premium products such as an electronic bidet smart toilet with auto flush.
- Vanity & Custom Cabinetry
Superior Custom Cabinets provided a new vanity and linen tower with quartz countertops, under-mount Icera sinks, and Kohler widespread faucets. Custom mirrors with gold frames and modern sconces completed the vanity wall.
- Flooring & Finishes
Heated porcelain tile flooring (staggered brick layout) was installed throughout the bathroom and water closet, paired with new primed and painted base molding. Luxury bath accessories in matching finishes (towel bars, TP holder, heated towel rack) were mounted for a cohesive look.
